You don't need to manually start or stop the activity timer, since Move IQ does it for you. It can automatically record and categorize different activities such as walking, running, cycling, swimming or exercising on the elliptical. Bold, colorful activity cards give you all your stats at a glance. Scroll down to easily compare your current totals with past totals, or tap for more detailed information. Activities and other health metrics recorded by your device are displayed in vivid detail. The data you see is personalized to you and the way you move, without exaggeration.

Step contests with your kids

Use Toe-to-Toe™ Challenges to challenge your kids to a stepping contest. vívofit 4 can connect wirelessly to the nearest vívofit jr. 2 of your child or with another vívofit 4 and start a timed step race on the spot. It's all controlled from your wrist, and once the contest is over, you'll both see the total number of steps taken during the contest and find out who won.
